- $229 for a home safety inspection for a home up to 2,000 square feet
- Visual inspection of the electrical service panel, with panel cover removed. Additional panels can be inspected for $99 each, payable at the time of service
- Random outlet check for proper operation, approximately 3 to 4 outlets
- Test all existing GFCI receptacles within the kitchen areas, bathrooms, exterior, garage and basement
- Test existing AFCI breakers at panel board, if existing
- Test all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors either battery and/or electric
